Envision Entertainment was founded in 2013 in Ingelheim near Frankfurt, Germany. The team of about 20 people, which includes some former Phenomic Game Development (later: EA Phenomic) employees who worked on hit games such as SpellForce, BattleForge, Lord of Ultima and C&C: Tiberium Alliances, focuses on the development of strategy games.
Our core founding team exists of highly qualified veteran game developers. We have shipped 50+ games and represent more than 120 years of games industry experience. Dirk Ringe serves as CEO, while Volker Wertich, best known for the iconic The Settlers series, holds the position as Creative Director.
With the development of Pioneers of Pagonia we welcomed Art Director Timm Schwank, known for his work on games like The Surge at Deck13, to our team. Closely followed by young industry talents, who complete our team with their creativity and dedication.
